Once everything has been downsized and found a normal place to land, you will be amazed at how good you feel.

In our homes and offices, we can create spaces that make it easier to be mindful, making sure we are staying aware of the present. Having space where you can step away from the stresses of the day, moment or week plays a big part in staying present and at peace this year.

Another fantastic way design can help you keep to your goals is by having a designated space for the activities you love, such as yoga, biking, kayaking, running, or working out. This may be a room appointed to your favorite exercises or a spot in your closet/garage where you keep everything primed and ready to grab and go so that you do not have the excuse that you cannot find your things when it is time to get in that exercise! Even in an office setting, having a space to step outside and stretch your legs can improve your health and focus, so let us think about that this year to set you up for success at home and work!
